SHIPPING & RETURNS
PRE ORDER
Due to the nature of our production process, please allow 3-4 weeks for orders to be shipped. Each garment is hand done & goes through extensive quality control procedures to ensure they will be long lasting as intended.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email or telephone.
NO RETURNS, EXCHANGE UPON REQUEST
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or do not fit. Exchanges are accepted only if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@espinalaustin.com with full name, order number, contact info, and explain.
