Refund policy
PRE ORDER
Due to the nature of our production process, please allow 3-4 weeks for denim to be shipped. Each pair of denim is hand done & goes through extensive quality control procedures to ensure they will be long lasting as intended.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email or telephone.
NO RETURNS, EXCHANGE UPON REQUEST
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or do not fit. Exchanges are accepted only if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@espinalaustin.com and in the subject add your order number and in the body full name with contact info & explain.
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
